This week I had the chance to work on a beautiful white shag rug for a homeowner here in Jacksonville. It had been a centerpiece in their living room for years, but after plenty of family traffic and a few pet accidents, the rug had started to look dingy and matted. They wanted to bring it back to life without risking damage to the long, soft fibers that make shag rugs so comfortable.
